Was the forum hacked?

Anyone seeing this ad for geckos in place of the FAQ button, but when you click it, it still takes you to the FAQ?

Also seeing this in place of the 'Classifieds' button, but awkwardly placed below the 'Home's and 'Forum' buttons?

Wondering if the forum's been hacked or if my tablet is acting up.
