Shedding Issue

Hi there everyone,

I'm new to the group, but I have a question that I'm hoping someone will be able to answer for me. I have a 3yr old Amel Corn (Sheila). She's NEVER had shedding problems and sheds regularly. The last time she went into shed it took 6 days. This time it's been 14, and she's STILL not shed! I'm wondering if there's something wrong, or if there's something I should be doing. Basically, I'm impatient, lol. I miss her! Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot!

Re: Shedding Issue

Welcome and best wishes. My snakes generally take 7-10 days for a complete shed cycle. Have you tried raising your humidity a bit? I mist my enclosures and/or provide a moist hide during shed.
