Dog/Cat person hoping to ID snakes
Hi everyone, I'm not a snake person but I just joined so that I can identify snakes better in order to keep my dogs and cats safe. I just found another snake in my pool which I took pictures of and am trying to ID now.
I live in central FL and we have lots of woods, lakes (the Infamous Lake Jessup), ponds, water retention areas etc. that snakes seem to love. Having a pool and living in a woodsy area brings a lot of snakes through here.

Re: Dog/Cat person hoping to ID snakes
Welcome aboard! As long as you can give us some pictures we should be able to identify any species you may find in your yard.
