2 new pick ups
I picked up a few new boas to add to my collection. Can’t wait to add these two to my albino and sunglow projects in the future as they are het for albino. It will be a few years before I can use the male and 4 or so for the female as they are 2013 babies. I got them from Joe at JPCBoas.com and he was a very nice guy to do business with. They arrived here Tuesday so I gave them a day to adjust a little before I took some pictures of them today. I will give them a week or so before I try feeding them. Both of them where very calm when I was taking their pictures.
Female full striped boa.
Male full striped BCI boa.
Take care
Tom

Re: 2 new pick ups
Great photos and awesome looking snake! Striped boas are very nice to look at.
Do you know the subspecific background on that animal?(Mixture of colombian, nicaraguan...etc?)

As far as I know and the breeder I bought them from they are Colombian BCI. The Grand parents of these two he bought as adults but dose not know the history on them but he did buy them as Colombian's. When he breed the grand parents he kept all the babies and raised them up and breed some of the siblings together. This has been a very long project for this breeder and he is still working on proving the genetics. In my opinion the stripe is genetic from all the pics I have seen of the offspring and the parents of my two. My two babies parents are a female striped and a male striped albino. Even if the genetics don’t prove out for me I will still like them as full striped boa is so cool looking.
Take care
Tom
