Awesome pics! Is it a pretty big show? I figure it might be worth the adventure for the next one. Do you know by chance if it would be difficult to take snakes through customs?

Seemed pretty big to me, but it's the only Expo I've been to so I don't have anything to compare to. You'd have to ask someone else about the customs thing.

Everything there seemed healthy, except for this poor Carpet Python, who was stargazing.

It's awesome to see a show where the breeders actually care. There's a bad one around here. I tried the link but it didn't work..

Re: [PIC HEAVY] Downsview, Toronto Expo 03/30/2014
The Downsview expo is the largest expo on the southern ontario circuit, they also stop in ajax, kitchener and somewhere else but downsview is the biggest other than the CRBE (national one) in september.
As for bringing snakes over the border, dont. It requires a massive ammount of paperwork and depending if it is CITES regulated or not can cost around $1000 dollars or more. Also honestly prices are cheaper in the states. You have BHB reptiles in michigan and his normal prices will blow any expo here out of the water. it is actually rather depressing.
Pareeeee brother where are you from up here?

Sorry, I don't give that out online. Let's just say I was far enough away from the Expo that my husband and I had to stay in Toronto at a hotel the night before.

When I asked about it, the guy told me the person who brought it was away from the table. I moved on and never found out. You can bet he was expensive though!

I would expect $2000. I wonder who the breeder is. Did anyone get the name?
