Help big problem look

My friend's young retic got out and was trapped between a drawer that was pulled back with him in it and his skin was ripped pretty bad, around an inch. Any advice before he can get to the vet?

Re: Help big prolem look

Try to keep the skin flap moist (antibiotic ointment will work). Can't see from pic, but if tissue is devitalized, it'll need to be debrided. It'll need irrigated thoroughly by vet, and hopefully, if tissue still viable, it may be tacked back down w sutures. Going to vet tomorrow?
