Yea. They get information wrong all the time... Made a huge deal out of the "Burmese Invasion", stating they kill PEOPLE. Horses kill many more people per year, and they are imported. Let's kill them all, right?

I personally think that out of all the misinformation out there the venomous/poisonous thing is a small blip on the incompetence radar.

Is that really what this post was about? poisonous vs venemous? Reminds me of my wife who has a degree in English and gets worked up when people say pin number or use the word nauseous incorrectly.

No lol, the post was just to show how bad animal planet/discovery have become in recent years... this was just a quick example I found by searching "discovery channel snakes" lol.

Yeah, discovery has become like the McDonalds or walmart of science. That said, I have to admit that that show Naked and Afraid is pretty cool. It's what survivor was supposed to be.

Yea I dont really cared if they spelled something wrong like calling a burm a rock, it is the way it is now I really dont like it is so bad.

Can we all just take a moment to ponder the fact that they aparently have a "survival" show called "naked and afraid" where they take a male and female "survivalist" and stick them alone and naked in a random spot for 21 days...
