The viv is custom made by a guy I know, but I added the shelf myself. everything else was purchased online apart from the perch. I live near the shoreline and we get some amazing pieces of driftwood washed up from time to time. I soak them in a 15% bleach solution in the bath for 24hrs, give them a proper rinse off then sand them down and then treat with a reptile disinfectant, they come up a real treat.

I have white LEDS for the light but I face them toward the back of the viv, not straight down as some do, I think it gives a slightly better effect and not as harsh.

Thanks, I guess it will last 12 - 18 months then onto one bigger.
