Does Domino have a problem?

Don't let this cute pose fool you, she will eat your face off............LOL

Seriously, what ya think we got going on, on the left side of her head?

I thought it was just lighting but I took several pictures and its in all the pictures. Maybe from rubbing on her screen which she does do?

Re: Does Domino have a problem?

Yea, it looks like he was just rubbing on the screen. It may go away with the next shed. Nothing to worry about, though.

Re: Does Domino have a problem?

could it possibly be a bleb or urine/urates, or musk if you were trying to handle her/pick her up? (the second picture) i agree the first picture will probably resolve with a shed.

LOL, thanks but menacing isn't the word I use, I actually call her "Mean and Nasty" .

Shes a handful for sure, she never sleeps which makes it hard to do routine maintenance on her house because as soon as I open her screen she either want to eat me or run out, and shes fast !

Re: Does Domino have a problem?

I gave my garbage disposal the fuzzies that my Spotty wouldn't eat today due to him getting ready to shed, When Domino came out to eat the leftovers I see this (below)

So now that I see Domino is getting ready to shed, I have looked at all the Care Sheets and it really does not address this....
Brooks Kings require a low humidity,

•Should I mist her now that shes blue?
•Should I place a humid hide in for her?

Re: Does Domino have a problem?

I use humid hides for all my snakes, even the "low humidity" ones

Re: Does Domino have a problem?

Brooks don't "require" low humidity. They handle low humidity well. You can mist his enclosure or provide a humid box.

They come from Florida so their natural habitat can get humid at times
