Unhappy Moon Crab: Dead or what?

Hello!
Yesterday I bought 2 moon crabs.
A male and a female.
The male is doing fine, however the female is not moving at all.
I am worried, is she dead?
Recently i found her with her open abdomen.
She doesn't budge, although she doesn't smell bad.
Is she just molting or is she dead?

Re: Moon Crab: Dead or what?

Are you sure they are both male? Sounds like she might be molting, let her be on her own for awhile, sometimes it could take awhile. Don't move her around or stress her.
