Tail stuck

Please help my sand boa had his tail stuck under his hide. It's flat. Is he going to be ok? What can I do?

How is it stuck?? Is it wedged between a small space?

How heavy was the hide, if it flattened the snakes tail???? Is it possible something was dropped on the snakes tail, and injured it? And can you get pics of the tail?
