BRB Owner!
I just got him Sunday! He is almost a year old (he was from last years batch) and his name is Bruno (NOT AFTER THE SINGER, BRUNO MARS). The breeder told me to feed him in a day or too after I got him, so I fed him on the second day. But was funny was, after he decided the frozen mouse was dead (lol), he put his mouth around it like he was going to eat it but instead picked it up and carried it into the corner and ate it. Now I assume he wanted privacy because I had a brightish light on him, I was videoing him lol (I fed him in his regular cage because I wanted to minimize stress). I am not worried about it, I have not found any throw up. I just wanted what you thought of the situation because I never heard of that happening before. I thought it was kinda funny...

Seems pretty small meal for a year old BRB, my 4 month old taking rat pups without hesitation.
But feeding inside your enclosure is perfectly fine to do, I only feed inside the enclosure. As long as your husbandry is correct your snake will be able to pass about anything, I mean they break down bones..lol. But post pics!!

I am going to post pics soon! As soon as I have my first REAL handling soon (so he can settle) and the mice aren't baby's, they are hopper mice, if that reassures you... I also checked with the breeder too!

Re: BRB Owner!
Yeah, my boyfriends year old BRB eats hoppers and it leaves a large lump in her belly. Not doubting you or anything, she's just a slow grower
