How big are these BRB's right now? You don't need to get them into their full size homes just yet if they are still small. It might even be a bad idea to do so.
Anyway, if you are looking for 4'x2', you'll probably have to build. You should try to contact Jeff Favelle. He knows his BRB's. I'm sure he'd be able to answer all your questions.
Good luck!

As for the human heat pad.. heres MY OPPINION ..
I have used many Uth like the ZOO meds ones .. and in the past 5 years that I have kept herps .. 3 zoo meds (black ones) of mine have BURNED up .. Not excacly safe...
I have also been using Human heat pads INSIDE the cages so the snake rest On the heat pad for those 5 years and some were on 10 hours a day on timers and some were on 24 hours a day ..
I have NEVER had any problems with a human heat pad.. the worst that happenned is that it stop emmiting heat after a long amount of usage.. (I always put them on low or med setting though)
Again these are simply observations many ppl may disagree..
As for the rubbermaids.. I have see 4 feet by 1 and a half for sale at home depot and walmart but there only about 6 inches high.....
I am sure u can find what u are looking for .. just keep looking..

We found a nice big rubbermaid type container at costco. It's right around 4' x 18" x 18" it only cost like 5 or 6 bucks for it.

Rubbermaid makes a tub around that i think, its 180L. Most department stores carry it, and its around $20.

i have no idea what they are called but i will try and describe them...
-they are a tube with lots of little lights inside it, the tube is about 1.5cm thick and is clear and flexible.
sorry for the delayed reply...hope it helped a bit.. i think you can get it at zellers, canadian tire,walmart...etc...

My small experience with human heating pads agrees with Dom..
I use one one medium under my ball pythons rubbermaid with a thermastat for 12 hours a day. Works great so far.
