One handed fun!!

As of 18th September i will be one handed for at least two weeks. I am having surgery on my shoulder and my right arm will be completely strapped up and restricted.

Pretty much all my current hobbies need two hands - gaming, model making etc etc.

Am in desparate need of one handed activities (not that Korbin!!) that will stop me going stir crazy.

Any ideas?

Re: One handed fun!!

When I had my shoulder surgery I got lots of books ahead of time to help me pass the time. Do you like any word puzzles? I'm right handed so anything to do with writing was out of the question as it was my right shoulder.

One arm dumbell curls. Do it as an experiment to see how much bigger one arm gets than the other after taking the cast off.

Re: One handed fun!!

If you do pc gaming you can look into a mouse with keys along the sides. I've found them on amazon before. Don't know how well they work but it could be an option.

(Depending on which arm) Darts, or maybe Throwing knives? All I can think of now.

Should have mentioned by laptop is dead and buried so only have an ipad 1 to play with

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am left handed and it is my right arm so puzzles are a possibility.

Take up art, or finish that story you said you were writing.

Ask the wife for a LOT of help with "activities"? How was this not your first idea?!

Like come on.
