Do you live in the Cinncinnati area?

We're making the 12 hour trek to pick up a puppy outside of Cinncinnati and are looking for some things to do to kill time until we pick her up later in the evening. We'll have about six hours to spare and will have a four month old baby with us. Any ideas? We're not picky!

Re: Do you live in the Cinncinnati area?

I live in cincy...The 6 month old is throwing me though lol. I would say a tour of the abandoned subway project downtown or a tour of some of the breweries in over the rhine. Maybe a trip to the cincinnati zoo...since you're on here I assume you appreciate animals and we do have the largest number of different monitor species (at least I think we still do). Maybe check out the cincinnati art museum...I don't know what you're interest are but hopefully this helps.

Another thing I just though of is spring grove cemetery, it is the most beautiful cemetery you will ever see: amazing gothic sculptures as well as a vast number of tree species. Definitely a peaceful option for you!

I have family with young kids in Cincy. Good options: Sawyer Point Park, get some ice cream at Graeter's Ice Cream, the Duke Energy Children's Museum, Devou Park, and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.
