Hey guys so my dogs were barking non stop so I go outside to find a dead snake on my patio can you someone help me id it please I think it's a grass snake but not sure thanks!

Can't see the head, but by pattern... I'd say a Gopher snake.

It looks like Nerodia rhombifer (diamondback water snake-harmless)...
