Gonna say some sort of rat snake.

Can you get any more pics? And where did you find it (state and city)?

I agree 100%.I'm pretty sure it is a rat snake as well and a location will help identify with one.

Looks like a black rat snake to me. More info and pics would help.

It was taken in Pittsburgh, PA, but the images in the background make me think it's a pet, or in a zoo.
