some snakes tame down, some do not.
I agree that some settle down as they age, but i've always heard that pueblans are one of the more nervous milk snakes anyways.
one option is to continue working with her (i would suggest not every day, maybe 2-3 times/week, or every other day) and note any improvement. OR, you could let her be the display snake she wants to be (no/rare handling) and get another, older, handleable snake.
