Cool spider be careful having them up that high I had one fall off my shoulder and die.

Nice looking rosey. You are braver then I am, I hate how my hand reacts to the urticating hairs I couldn't imagine if my face or eye got them.

We had one when I worked at hospice, a man had it and ied and he wanted me to care for it till he died and he would warn me how fragile they were. I plan on just handling her on the ground

G. rosea hairs typically don't bother folks and they rarely kick hairs (never actually known of one that did). That along with a normally placid attitude makes them the common "gateway drug" into tarantula collecting.
