Home again, Home again....
Well, just got back form the vacation. It was awesome. Thanks to all of the peeps who gave me suggestions while over there. Italy is really spectacular if you like history, food and wine....oh and coffee.
It is good to be home though. I came home to all my cages with little poopies and shed skins. Pretty cool. Cages all clean, fresh water given, and rats are thawing as I type.
Here are a couple of pics of the dramatic differences in art I saw in Italy. The first is obvious. This was taken in the Sistine Chappell (no flash) when we were there. The second is when we were coming into the port of Venice. It's some statue of a purple man-baby with moobs. I really don't get it. If someone can explain, please do.

Re: Home again, Home again....
Got the name totally wrong it is alison lapper
Alison Lapper artwork criticised at Venice Biennale - Telegraph
She is an artist herself but the statue was done by someone else, she is famous for her art plus bringing up a bsby alone, changes nappies and feeding etc etc etc using her mouth. There was a program about her and she is an awesome lady.

Re: Home again, Home again....
I still think its really creepy. It looks like a G.I. Joe head , Amputee Pregnant Pam anderson's body, and chicken drumsticks for legs. Never understood art though so don't mind me!

Re: Home again, Home again....
It is a perfect representation of Alisons body when she was pregnant, whether it is "art" is up for question
