How many air-holes in new tub?

Hi, everyone. I got a new tub for my Ball Python. This one has the same dimension. Kinda.. The old one was 16" x 13" x 6". This one's 16" x 13" x 13" so it's just a lot taller. I am going to build this little guy a high perch, and an "upstairs" area. So here's my question... I have eight air holes. all of them are 1/2 inch wide. I will include an image for perspective. Is that enough air holes or should I put more? Thanks.
