my snake did not kill and constrict the live chick i fed it; though it has 'killed' f/t mice before on many occasions.

This was a very cool video, what i found most interesting was that the snake 'came back' in pursuit of the gecko; normally i dont think of them as being so 'goal oriented' heh heh... though i'm sure its different when its a wild snake who hasnt eaten in X weeks, vs my chubby captives :P

I've seen people on youtube feeding there Kingsnakes live Garter snakes before, and that snake is alive the entire time till his tail disappears in the Kings body.

Yeah I don't know how it fought so long, and the snake never really killed it either

Wow, quite a video. I've seen a garter eating a live frog before, it wasn't as exciting as this.

That was crazy. I've never seen such determination from both sides of the fight. lol

That snake must've been REALLY hungry.
