Initially I was still tossing between corn and garter. But a little more looking and the more I think about it I am leaning towards corn.

Yep, finding it fits my requirements.
Attractive
Good temperament
Level of care and enclosure requirements are reasonable
Doesn't get big enough to eat the wifes chihuahua
etc
