Slow down there, buddy; the misunderstanding was that they thought you intentionally stuck a living mouse to a sticky trap to lure your snake out; that's what had people upset. No one said you should let the mice run rampant through your house.

Honestly, the way he worded it sound like he stuck a mouse there so it would get distressed and lure the snake in, im not the only one who made the connection. I apologize that this isnt the case but you cannot blame us for having one plus one and getting two, how were we suppose to know that one was a "l" and not "1". We only had the info given to us, you didnt elaborate on the mouse OP, dont blame us for making connections.

True, but I feel as though it's really worth assuming the best out of people; part of this means double-checking and confirming when we see or hear them say something that sounds as wrong as that. A quick re-read of his initial post in this thread and a scan of his posts in the other thread provided ample doubt, at least to me, that he had done what he was accused of.

And when the sum of all givens proves insufficient to truly draw a completely valid conclusion, it falls upon us to read between the lines CAREFULLY, or request more information. Not trying to start a fight or be condescending, just trying to explain my stance here

Re: I found bob the ball pyhton
i would use a neck breaker trap or rat poison of some kind. i don't believe in making things suffer more than necesary. other than that i don't need any judgement or third degree and i certainly wasn't passing any.

Re: I found bob the ball pyhton
What's wrong with mice getting stuck on sticky traps? They're pests. I see them in the streets of NYC stuck on sticky traps, breathing their last breaths, and just move about with my day.

Re: I found bob the ball pyhton
Let's just drop the whole glue trap bit OK, too much drama over a mouse trap.
I am glad the python has been recovered, move along now to other things.
