i will do it one time, maybe 2 but i wont do it alot because i heard it hurts them too, better safe than sorry

I know UV hurts some scorpions, but I heard that black light does a little, no hard in 1 or 2 times to try, besides a little stress.

An actual blacklight bulb is just a regular light bulb with coating on it. I don't think it would hurt at all to just shine it on for a few seconds. People often have them under blacklight at reptile expos to show the color. I wouldn't house one under blacklight constantly, but it certainly won't hurt for a few seconds-minutes.
I have a blacklight pen that I use to locate mine if I can't find them in the cage. They like to hide, and a quick pass with the pen reveals where they are. It's a good way to keep track of them so you can be assured no escapes have occurred.

where can you get one of those pens at? i can never find mine i always freaking out that he got out!
