Actually its usually pretty straight forward. The males are usually only interested in one thing

Its the girls you have to worry about LOL 99 times out of 100 if something is going to happen it goes down in the first minute. It is most always the females that try to kill the males. If a female tries to grab the male at all she will almost always try to constrict instantly. The males on the other hand will grab the females but only to hold them still. Note the breeding pics where the males grab them in the head/neck area there is no constriction & when they let go no wounds usually. When one first throws them together it is best to plan on having to intravene & expect to get bit while doing so. If you go in prepared after that its all up to them. Best bet is within a day or 2 of the female having had a good sized meal. Mark
