WOW!!! What a beautiful snake. I got myself a Boa a few months ago & I just love him. When I got mine, he was a year old & a little under 4ft. Might be an indication on the age of your Boa. How do you try him with food? Mines a very shy eater & has to be fed in his viv & left alone. Could be a minute, could be hours before he decides when he's ready to eat. I've even left his prey all night & went to him the next morning, food still there, had a coffee, went to remove the rat & it was making a bulge inhis belly. Funny eaters sometimes. Keep up the good work with him.

Just one thing, Those markings look to good to be true, I think you should ship him to me.

spyderman: yeah, I've just labled him as being 2 years old from this point on. When I tried feeding him I just tossed in a freshly killed rat as I usually do with everyone else..... I've been wondering if he's just used to eating live and that's why he wasn't interested. Im going to try again this weekend but at night and leave it there over night... and if on Sunday I wake up and it's still there..... then Im going to try a stunted rat and toss it in while it's still twitching...... if that doesn't work then well, I guess I'll just wait till he starts eye balling ME like a food item... LOL J/K.

Thanks for the compliments everyone....... I wish I had a cam so I could take pictures of my female cuzz if you like this guy you'll love her... she's very very clean, no speckling at all and has borderline hypo coloring and she's got one of the prettiest faces I've seen anywhere on a snake.... My girlfriend even thinks she's pretty and she hates snakes!!! Well, maybe with my xmass bonus I can buy a digital.... but then again, I do have a couple more snakes I would rather get before that....... decisions decisions...
