Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great news!!! Neo's going to be ok. He had a bad retained sperm plug. I seen the vet pull it out and it was pretty nasty. I'm so happy he's going to be ok. He wants a fecal from him so i have to get that in there to him soon. Plus he's a little skinny so it's time to fatten him up!!!
Thanks everyone.
Jamie

sorry, I am just popping into this thread now.....we had a case like this just 2 weeks ago at my clinic, and it was no big deal! I wish I could of told you this sooner! Did the vet tell you why something like this may happen? Too much calcium in the diet? Or some other nutrient missing?
*Maybe he was just sooo excited about his new house* lol

he said it had appeared to be there a while. Lucky the little guy didn't have an infection. He said it could have been from a coulple of reasons. This cham has been underfed and probly not enough water. He couldn't give an exact reason. I'm supposed to keep a eye on him to make sure it doesn't get infected.
LOL i wish it was just from him bieng excited!!! But i honestly cant tell you how long the plug had been stuck.
