I totally agree with everything that you offer, I thought the same, Florida, high humidity right? But caresheets all say keep them at low humidity.

Np, it's probably for sanitary reasons(bacterial/fungal growth...etc). But some breeders I know keep them on cypress mulch in tubs(high humidity) and they do fine.

I was born and raised in central Florida, and "at times" is a serious understatement! Lol
