I hear if they are handled alot when young they can be pretty cool. A friend of mine had a biiiig one when I was in elementary school and he was pretty awesome. We would take him outside to the park and stuff and he would slide down the slide and we would push him in the baby swing and he never snapped, tail whipped, or got mean or stressed. When we were done we'd take him insode and feed him treats and he always ate and shed normally. =)

However....I really think he was a minority of his kind XD

Yeah there are friendly ones out there. They do exist lol!

They do. I had a male green iguana for 10 years and he was never aggressive aside from getting shots. He was happy to just chill on our shoulders or lap.

They are beautiful as well I honestly prefer the normal green ones rather than the red or blue ones they sell. Here is a pic of him/her
