I suppose if I cant find flexible plywood I could just make it square. But looks so much cooler with the curves. Waht did the wall mount unit weigh when finished?

You could also use plastic panels to do this btw, just make sure there not that thick and bendable. But i'm sure if you go to a local woodshop, they can help you with the bendable plywood, no?
