Morty- The ornate uromastyx approx 1 year

Hello, Got this guy from Deer Fern Farms. Believe he is the blue red back. Got him 6 months ago and believe he was about 6 months old. So far seems happy and healthy. He eats a wide varity of things and a steady amount of familiar greens.he has a flax seed/bird seed diet aid/calicum/veggi powder bowl that he freely eats out of plus the fresh green/ squash peas carrots and flower pettles. Also have read about growing a tray of bird seed sprouts and growing them inside the terrarium a growing salad bar. Problem being the humidity to keep the plants alive and the uro in a dry environment.(we will see if this will work)
I had a couple questions though.
- How long does it generally take for their colors to come in?
-Is their Color purely determined on genetics? (I know nature sunlight will give best result)
-What is the average growth rate of these ornates?
All the uro's I have taken care of have been adults and already full grown.
