Rosy Boa Overnight Personality Change!

And for the better! Some time ago I bought an albino rosy that had a real bad attitude. She tried to bite anyone and anything that got near her. She even bit herself on accident several times in attempt to get a piece out of me. She would (somewhat comically I might add) flail her mouth open at anything that got near her. Handling did not reduce the behavior over time. She has a huge feeding response too. She inhails mice.

This all changed with a minor adjustment to her enclosure. I read a few sentences from the book "Rosy Boas: Patterns In Time" about how rosies can get cranky when they go into brumation. Well her hotspot was at 88, but I thought raising it to 95 wouldn't hurt. Over a few days she calmed down and now I can handle her without getting bitten. She watches TV with me and hangs around my neck now (no way I would have trusted her to do this before). She's been like this for a little over a week and the change happened directly after increasing the temperature. The difference is amazing.
