This is my 6-year-old Silver phase Tanimbar Island Blue Tongue Skink Tiliqua Scincoides chimaerea. Born 05/16/2008, I recieved him February 2009. He is very active in his 4x2 melanine terrarium. He was climbing every piece ofurniture this afternoon after eating a frozen thawed mouse. He was so hungry he almost bit me, Skinky was lunging at me with his mouth wide open when I slid the glass open of his enclosure. His last meal was 3-4 large night crawlers a couple days ago. Skinky's favorite food is banana. Bred by Thunder Bay Herp, Ray Gurgui, the breeder told me this particular skink is the last of his male Silver phase Taminbar Blue Tongue skinks. The breeder wants to borrow my skink to breed as he currently only has female Tanimbar Blue Tongue skinks.
