I would use a radiant heat panel on a thermostat. And use beaches for climbing options as it makes them use more muscles.
I personally don't measure my humidity in any of my enclosures but one and I keep that one around 60%-70%. I keep my hot spot at 93°f and drop it to 87°f at night. My cool end is 78°f-82°f.
We can't get radiant heat panels in UK, at least Ive not seen them
