i think that some geckos will 'cycle' regardless of whether they have been bred, Ive noticed about 2x a year my leopard gecko will have large, pale 'egg shapes' just over her pelvis, even though she has not been with a male.
They go away after a few weeks.
What makes you think your golden is pregnant?
Just a note, I'm pretty sure they stick their eggs to the walls/branches, and if you try to peel them off to incubate, they will break. Ive read that you can attach a ketchup cup or similar over them (with ventilation) to protect them from being eaten by the mother.
