I gave him a month to settle in without handling, he's not calmed down even a little bit in the last 2 weeks with handling, its amusing tho, a baby snake trying to convince me he's a big scarey snake early days anyway

Yes but the scary thing is imagining him acting like that when he's full grown. Not going to lie I am a bit worried about my hatchling jcp carrying this behavior into adultgood.
