Mine bled like mad then stopped completely. 5 days later you could not tell I was ever bitten. Felt more like a burn than a bite.It was not near as bad as I would have guessed . The secret to making sure the bite isn't bad....avoid it.

You think it has to do with an anti-coagulant in the saliva? Same thing happened to me. Blood was pouring out and then a few minutes later it stopped bleeding altogether.
