Can you get a weight measurement, it doesn`t necessarily mean forced handling? If you can put some food in a small cardboard box/similar inside the enclosure, then when she goes in weigh the monitor and box together then deduct the box weight (simple)!
EDIT: Can you try and get a couple of tailbase pics (again in profile) without the tail resting on anything.
