Knowing how to work Punnett Squares is something everyone ought to learn.
Do you mean your granite could be possible het green? Your green cannot be het green, it isn't possible. Assuming you meant your granite..

If it was not het green, your theoretical outcome would be:
25% albino double het for green and granite
50% normal triple het for albino, green, and granite
25% normal double het for green and granite.

Since you have no way of knowing which are het albino or not, you would label all the normals "66% possible het albinos".

Now, if the granite were het green, theoretically you would have:
12.5% albino green het for granite
25% green het for albino and granite
12.5% green het for granite
12.5% albino double het for green and granite
25% normal triple het for albino, green, and granite
12.5% normal double het for green and granite

I think my math is all correct there.
