Face your fears! My mom in law would turn pale jyst looking at at a picture of a snake. But I was living in the ghetto and she was too worried about me so she allowed my snakes in her house just so I wouldn't have to live in the ghetto. The rules were that they stay in my room and she will never have to see them. 2 weeks later she's holding them like a champ
To be honest, my palm would get all sweaty and id get nervous at first holding chula. But she's so mellow and doesn't show signs of aggression so I got used to her quick.
