I know that they can partially evert a hemipene, but I've never seen it so I don't know how to identify one.

See I thought it looked very female as the size of the actual organ doesn't look large enough in thickness to b a henepenis rather than a clitorus... 
I'm well aware of partial eversions but I don't think it looks thick enough but I could definitely b wrong ...
