Depends on where you live in terns of the cost... however keep in mind that in some municipalities there are length restrictions that make ownership of burms technically illegal

I have looked at the exotic bylaws and they are legal to own. I am in no rush to purchase one, more for future references. Thanks.
Probably a young specimen it would be my first "big" snake other then my boas and would probably like to work with it over time to get a better feeling of his temperament so when it's larger I can better judge him.
