I wouldn't describe ball pythons as a heavy bodied snake... but yours looks healthy to me and better yet to Mykee...

I'd say they were heavy bodied. I mean... compare them to a corn snake, or even a carpet python. Proportionate tot heir size, they are quite girthy.
