I wish it was finished lol. Working quite alot now so may not get to much done. It is 4ft high by 9ft wide by 3.5 feet deep.

That is a nice sized enclosure. I did mine 8x4x4 because it makes the plywood cutting minimal. And when you can only use a saw for 1 day you need to get it all done at once.

So do you have Savannah now or are you building the enclosure and buying a baby to grow up in it once it is all set up.

Where im getting my wood from they cut it to what ever size you nead so thats a bonus. Ive been keeping reptiles now for over 15 years and ive allways wanted a monitor. been doing tons of research on them for the past year and am finaly in our new house so im able to get one. im building the enclosure and then when temps ect are stable i shall begin the hunt for my sav.

That is the right way to do it. Once you get your sav make sure to upload pictures. I can't wait to see the finished enclosure.

if you know anyone in the window trade you could probably get a second handd double glazed unit for next to nout

If you know someone in the demolition trade, you can get all sorts of stuff for free.

it was too late, but I know a guy who just smashed a huge pile of sliding glass doors just to cash in on the scrap aluminum frames.
