I'm editing because I forgot to answer your question as to "who gives me the right?" and my answer is absolutely no one.

I just don't want to read another non-apologetic thread saying well this "died because it starved to death" and then have this person run around like they do everything just fine. I can't stomach it

It makes our hobby into a joke.

Animals may die but when it reoccurs with REALLY basic species I call foul.

My heart is breaking for every animal that has died, and i am extremely disturbed at the amount of animals that have died in such a short period of time

I have no respect for anyone that does not own up to their mistakes, especially when their mistakes result in the death of an animal. It is even more horrific when a person does not learn from previous errors, and continues down that path due to their own ego. No animal should suffer for a persons arrogance and ignorance. If you cannot properly care for any animal, and learn how to care for said animal, then that person should not accept the responsibility for the animal.
