I can't think of a virus that would act like that, but you do seem to have a lot of deaths compared to others who've had the same number of snakes. It's kind of a strange percentage to all be coincidence.

I will agree there is definitely something going on the with my WC hots, but they are isolated and quarantined from anything else. I've had one other death, from a cheap snake from a bad seller that was already in terrible health....
That picture I posted was old from when I cut open my dead rattlesnake, that is not a new picture. I just wanted to go back and see if that was possibly scale rot, for treating another one. I've taken care of the parasites in the remaining ones, and want to figure out what i'm treating for now.
Besides a fecal test for negative parasites, what else is a vet going to be able to do for me ? Can they test for fungal infections on a living snake?
I just started poking around and found information on Chrysosporium. How likely is this? One of them did have a messed up head, but I figured it was just a birth defect. Now i'm reading that's one of the symptoms of it....
