Hmmm....I really need to take him out for a few minutes. I haven't gotten him out in almost 2 weeks. Gotta get over that fear, ya know
I'd love to see pictures as yours grows. Once I get more confident in handling him, I'm thinking of getting a young one so I can enjoy it's color changes.

When we were at the expo the lady behind the counter took him out easily and he just curled up in her palm and then gave it to us to hold and see what it was like (first time for me). He was great and calm, and actually kinda cute! So $15 later he was ours!

I bought him for the same reason though, because I am afraid of spiders being on me, not necessarily in the room. It has been a great experience so far though! The other day my bf was trying to get him out of his enclosure and he reared up and lunged forward almost getting him in the finger. But I tried and it was no problem, so who knows what his deal is? haha.
You should! It's really neat to see how much they change and how much they grow in just one molt
