Judging from that track record, is a retic x ball cross really that farfetched? I mean, out of all of those, the woma python is arguably more distantly related to a BP than any of the others and they can hybridize.
Anyway....the whole issue of ethics aside (didn't we beat that dead horse into pulp here?), I don't think its out of the question, and if a retic x ball is possible, a bateater x ball probably isn't either.

I didn't realizes there were so many. Makes you question the purity of any thing that looks a little different. What's really sad is i am sure many of these that look more like one parent or than the other have been sold. Worst yet probably as pure what ever they were with buyers being non the wiser.
I think there are some cool looking Hybrids out there, but i don't think i could ever breed them. Me personally i just don't think i could ever cross that line of mixes two different kinds of snakes. I am not god and don't feel i have the right to play him. I will admit i like to joke about it just to get people worked up.
Would i buy one yes.
Would i ever produce them no.

Out of curiosity, why buy them but not produce them? Technically, by buying one, you fuel the demand that creates the supply. So you're not playing "god" yourself, but giving someone else the permission to do so (since you would support them by buying the outcome). Not having a go at you... just honestly curious as to what your reasoning is.
