Thank you. I looked at www.californiaherps.com to check by range prior to asking here and didn't see it. It looks very like the photos I found online for corn snakes, other than the eyes, which are also that same bright color instead of black - which is what made me think something along the lines of albinism.

It will have happy hunting out there - neighbors have lots of ivy with rats.
